Has anyone had a go on the new exercise equipment, designed specifically for adults and installed on the beach?
The technical guys tell us that the equipment is designed and built to a very high specification with high end materials, as every piece of apparatus must meet the standards required in a traditional gym, and therefore meet all the criteria and safety standards that would be required in any normal gymnasium.
The various exercise points along the circuit are designed to exercise different body areas, and improve both muscles and joints. To assist everyone, there are instructions in both Spanish and English at each point.
All the equipment is for use by adults and not young children… but officials have refused to give permission to any adults finding children on the apparatus, the right to give then a ‘thick ear’ and send them on their way.
If anyone has used the equipment, we would love to hear about any good or bad points. I would check this out myself, but obviously being tall, lithe and with the body of a Greek Adonis, it would be unfair on other users to see me tensing and flexing alongside them.
