The Inland Cave
When you walked around the Almuñécar Sunday Market, eying all the 2nd-hand stalls, you will have seen La Cueva de Aladin‘s one, but you’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg, because Rennie has his large shop premises in Lanjarón, where the majority of his stuff is on display.
So, if you are looking for something in particular, next time you’re at the market, stop at the Cueva de Aladin stall and tell Rennie what you’re looking for – chances are he’s got it in Lanjarón.
Or if you fancy taking a trip up there to visit this delighful village, Cueva de Aladin is easy to find: when you enter the village from the motorway side (leaving the autovia where Lanjarón and the Alpujarra are indicated) continue to the roundabout junction from which the southern ring road begins and about 100 metres down it you will see the store with its unmissable Aladdin painted on the wall.
