A Viking invasion has hit Almuñécar in the form of top Norwegian Athletes, according to the provincial press. All told, 30 sports men and women, plus four trainers from the Norwegian town of Romsdal stayed in Almuñécar between the 22nd and 28th of February to carry out some training in the sun… Little did they know that we would have the longest spell of rain in the last 40 years to make them feel more at home.
